Of course, we want foot-shaped shoes. Zuna shoes are designed to give lots of room for children’s toes to spread out.
Lots of toe space is important.
Most children are in shoes 10 hours a day. By the age of 11, 80-90% of foot-growth and by the age of 14-16 the full growth of the foot has been completed. In these growing years, it is critical that shoes give maximum room in the toe area to encourage correct growth.
Room for the widest part of the foot
Toes are the widest part of the foot. This is exactly how we designed Zuna shoes. In kid’s speak they are the widest in the front. In grown-up speak, our shoes have a wide toe box.
